Property Description

Nestled in the heart of the rainforest, on the border of world famous Corcovado National Park, lies an opportunity to own a turnkey lodge catering to wildlife enthusiasts. In twenty-five years of operations, the owner-operated lodge has gained particular fame with the international birding community.

The 32 acre private reserve has an established trail network, including a short walk to a picturesque 45 ft waterfall. At the other end of the property lies a small lagoon, great for attracting aquatic birds, like the boat-billed heron, during the day and amphibians and reptiles on night hikes. The property borders a pristine river, fed straight from the mountainous jungle bordering the property. Upstream, there is a picturesque swimming hole, frequented only by the few locals that know about it.
