Straight out the sliding glass doors is a 430 sq. foot covered balcony that will truly open up your life. Here there is a gorgeous dining table and chairs, comfortable outside furniture, and a Thai day bed for nap time. This is the area you will quite naturally want to spend a great deal of your time just watching the world go by.

Directly below is a 460 sq. foot patio, more outside furniture, tables and barbecue. Here the view from ground level allows you to soak in the well-established garden, with its abundance of butterfly attracting flower species. However, your eyes will always eventually be drawn to the embryonic Pacific waters. 

Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and the kitchen and bathrooms are newly remodeled. There is a washer/dryer and two locked storage areas. The Wi-Fi has back up battery that allows you to continue with the internet and run the security cameras when the power. There are two Smart TV’s, one upstairs and one down.

This beach house is turn-key and comes fully furnished. Gas oven, microwave, air fryer/convection oven, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, everything is included. Also, there is a 15 ft. Coleman canoe with an electric motor and battery, a two-person self-bailing touring kayak, and a low set super comfortable single person kayak. There is badminton, horseshoes, and darts. Better yet, take a walk along the beach or to the river and see the monkeys, or sit in the ocean on your floating water chairs and watch the sunset.  It is all about a new lifestyle.
